We usually contract certified coaches with an ICF accredited school, with a minimum of a Bachelors degree and with more than 7 years, proven track record of success working with: corporate, non-corporate clients, non-for profits, small to Fortune 500, across industries. All contract coaching assignments require some travel. Ideally, the affiliate coach is also certified in one or more coaching tools eg.: Korn Ferry 360s, Decisionwise 360s, CCL 360s, DISC, Hogan, MBTI, TILT 365©, CCUI, EQ, Gallup Strengthfinders, or similar talent development assessment tools.
If you have special skills like: global experience, OD-HR Generalist Consultant, speaks a foreign language, etc., please be sure to also include these in your biography.
