Transfer and Cancellation Policy for Public Presentations:
All requests to transfer, reschedule or cancel any public service listed on this page can be sent to: info@coachpeople.com. We will gladly transfer or refund based on following schedule. All transfer or cancellation requests, will incur a $150.00* administrative fee. Cancellation fee is based on the number of weeks prior to the start date of the service you or your firm is enrolled in. We use the date when your e-mail request is received at our office in ET standard time between 8-6 PM ET (NYC time zone.) Cancellations received within more than 4 weeks, prior to scheduled event, you or your firm is registered in, will only incur a 20% fee of total service cost you’re registered in plus administrative fee*, the remaining prepaid tuition can be applied to another service, transferred to another program listed within current calendar year or can be refunded, after fees are applied. All cancellations received 3-4 weeks prior to scheduled service date will incur a 50% service fee of total service plus administrative fee. Service fee cannot be refunded or transferred if cancellation is received within 1-2 weeks of the event you’re registered in as we still have to pay hotel for your confirmed attendance and materials we’ve ordered etc. Teleclasses and Webinars Transfer and Cancellation Policy: Please send all requests via e-mail to info@coachpeople.com. Transfer or cancellation requests for tele-classes and webinars will incur a $50.00 administrative fee. If Coach People Inc.® cancels any public scheduled event you are enrolled in, we will notify you asap via the e-mail you’ve provided and will refund you 100% of any Tuition/Materials fees we’ve collected from you or your firm (we do not refund any airfare, hotels, etc.) We therefore suggest any participant who travels to any of our events: books flights or hotels where you can change your reservations without penalties.) We will gladly transfer or refund 100% of your prepaid tuition if Coach People Inc.® cancels or reschedules any event at no additional cost. Gift Certificates: are transferable towards another individual or can be applied towards another service in current calendar year for a $ 75.00 transfer fee. Gift certificates are non-refundable. Cancellation fee for: 1:1 executive coaching services and private events, please see your services agreement. Coach People Inc.® reserves the right to change training dates or cancel training dates, at any time. In the unlikely event this should happen, any prepaid amounts will be refunded within 30 business days of the cancellation date located on e-mail or if the participant requests to transfer that tuition to another training at a later date, will immediately apply the remaining amount towards any of our services within the current calendar year.
